Return Policy

To be eligible for a return the following criteria must be met:
Material must come from stocked inventory based on the item or quantity ordered. Request/ Returns must be within 30 days of purchase date, pick up date or ship date. Material must be in full cartons/bags and in resellable condition.

Returns are subject to approval by the manager.
If approved, items are subject to a restocking fee of 25-35%.

Special Order Items can not be canceled or returned.

Please note the following:
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)-
ETA’s provided at the time of ordering is an estimate.
All ETA’s are estimated based on the date the material will ship and the average days it takes to travel from point A to B.
ETA’s are subject to change in the event of manufacture delays, inclement weather, trucking and/or rail issues.

Broken Tile or Damaged Product-
Broken tile or damaged product claims must be placed within 24-48 hours of receiving material.

All claims must be sent via email to orders@systematicsupply.com with proper documentation including photos, order details, and any other pertinent information.
